ELIGIBILITY
• Damaged, defective, or wrong items received: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos/video as proof.
• Missing items: Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selected by the customer.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.
NON-REFUNDABLE
• Claims made after 5 days of delivery
• Damage caused by customer misuse
