PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY TIME
• Canada: 7–15 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package online.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
• Canada orders: No additional customs fees for most orders.
• US orders: Import duties or taxes may apply depending on the order value. These are the buyer's responsibility.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
